All orders from The Brow Trio ship Monday - Friday from our fulfillment center in Manchester. Due to impacts from Covid-19 or potential weather events, actual shipping delivery time may vary. All orders will receive a tracking number provided by the carrier upon pickup. Order tracking numbers can be used to follow your package’s shipping journey.

Did you receive a pomade shade that’s not a great match? With our Color Match Guarantee, we will send you a second color free of charge. You pay shipping and we'll take care of the rest. Just reach out and let us know which color you'd like, and we will email you an invoice for shipping.

UNUSED PRODUCTS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and your products have been unused, you may return them to us for a refund. Please reach out to us at info@thebrowtrio.com and we’ll be happy to provide you with information on how to return. Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

Due to the personal care nature of cosmetics, we are not able to accept returns or process refunds on used products.
